1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, extracting, or accessing FullStack AI (including the code assets, curriculum documents, slide decks, and offline course player), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the FullStack AI course content and course player. This license is strictly for your personal, educational, and professional development use.

3. Restrictive Covenants & Copyright

All content included in FullStack AI (the curriculum text, templates, code examples, local flashcards/quiz modules, slide deck blueprints, and tracking systems) is the intellectual property of FullStack AI and protected by global copyright laws.

  • You may not resell, distribute, share, republish, rent, lease, or sub-license the course materials or zip packages to any third party.
  • You may not make the course player or files publicly accessible on a shared web server or file sharing host.
  • Any unauthorized redistribution, copying, or piracy of course materials will result in immediate termination of your license and key validation, and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

4. Payments and Refunds

All transaction payments are processed via our payment vendor, Gumroad. Refund requests are subject to the terms and guidelines displayed on our Gumroad sales page. If you experience technical errors or purchase difficulties, please contact us for troubleshooting support.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

FullStack AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the code samples will be completely error-free or that the tech stacks covered (Next.js, Supabase, etc.) will not change in a way that breaks existing third-party setups.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullStack AI and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the course materials, code examples, or external API tools.

7. Support

We provide email support for access, license, and download issues at support@fullstackai.online.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
